Before any product leaves our facility, it undergoes a final inspection to verify that it meets our flooring standards. Each batch is carefully reviewed to uphold the quality of our products.

We have implemented a quality traceability system to track and address any issues with our products. Customers can contact us within 30 days of detecting a problem, providing necessary documentation such as pictures, samples, or videos. Our team will analyze the issue and work with the customer to find a resolution within one week.
